These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by FlatOut Mobile Tyres.
Our Services
FlatOut Mobile Tyres provides:
- 24/7 Emergency Mobile Tyre Fitting
- Mobile Tyre Replacement
- Puncture Repairs (where safely repairable)
- Locking Wheel Nut Removal
- Emergency roadside tyre assistance
Quotes & Pricing
Prices are based on the information provided by the customer.
Should additional work, different tyre sizes or alternative tyres be required, any changes to the quoted price will always be discussed before work begins.
Call-Out Service
FlatOut Mobile Tyres provides a fully mobile service across London, Kent, Surrey, Essex and West Sussex.
Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, emergency call-outs or supplier availability.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate vehicle information where possible
- Ensuring the vehicle is safely accessible
- Informing us of any known issues before work begins
- Following any safety instructions given by our technician
Tyres
Tyre availability is subject to supplier stock.
Where a requested tyre is unavailable, we may recommend a suitable alternative after discussing the options with you.
Puncture Repairs
Puncture repairs are only carried out where the tyre meets current British Standards and is considered safe to repair.
If a repair is unsafe, a replacement tyre will be recommended.
Locking Wheel Nut Removal
Whilst every care is taken during removal, FlatOut Mobile Tyres cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from seized, damaged or previously overtightened locking wheel nuts.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved card and contactless payment methods.
Cancellations
If you no longer require our services, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where a technician has already travelled to the agreed location, a reasonable call-out charge may apply.
Liability
FlatOut Mobile Tyres shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, severe weather, road closures or supplier delays.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Privacy
Any personal information collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
FlatOut Mobile Tyres reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
